Refund Policy

1. Event Cancelled by Organizer
Full Refund (100%)
If an organizer cancels an event, all ticket holders receive a complete refund including platform fees. Refund is processed automatically within 7-10 business days to the original payment method.
2. Customer-Initiated Cancellation
Refund amount depends on the event's refund policy (set by the organizer):
Standard Policy
- Cancel 24+ hours before event: Full refund minus platform fee
- Cancel less than 24 hours before: No refund
Flexible Policy
- Cancel anytime before event: Full refund minus platform fee
No Refund Policy
- No refunds for customer-initiated cancellations
- Ticket transfer to another user is available as an alternative
3. Event Postponed
If an event is postponed, ticket holders can choose to either keep their tickets for the new date or request a full refund within 7 days of the postponement announcement.
4. Event Delisted by Tikora
If Tikora removes an event due to policy violations or fraud concerns, all ticket holders receive a full refund including platform fees within 5-7 business days.

6. How to Request a Refund
- Go to My Bookings and select the booking
- Click "Cancel Booking" button
- Refund is processed automatically based on the event refund policy
- You will receive email and in-app notification with refund details
7. Exceptions
- Partial attendance does not qualify for refund
- Change of mind after attending is not grounds for refund
- Technical issues during online events are handled case-by-case
- Force majeure events (natural disasters, government orders) qualify for full refund
